corned beef dinner has been a tradition for nick and i for years.
he loves it.

i think i found this recipe the first year we were married.

if you don't have a special dinner planned for thursday, you should make this. serve it with buttered rye bread. yum. oh and i add cabbage to the top too. i think it's a variation listed on the recipe. and i'm lazy and we don't always thicken the sauce with cornstarch... just saying.
