makes me laugh.last night he told me dinner was so good that he licked the plate. the kicker. it was egg salad.
and that two of his favorite recipes are both made in the crock pot.
guess i don't have to cook those elaborate meals for him. or he knows i'm not a great cook and has come to accept that!

Love the picture, a good man is one that will eat anything you put in front of him and not complain, a great man will also lick the plate clean, so you don't have to clean up.
A good man will eat anything you put in front of him and profess to like it. And if he cleans up too, all the better. (I don't count licking as cleaning up though...just so we're clear :-) )

aww... Brent's a simple man when it comes to food too... and puts up with all my new recipes I try out... he always eats it, it's just sometimes I get that "let's not make this again, k?" look :)
you two are just adorable. I know it was a "he" post but "he" is "he" because "you" are part of "him" (and vice versa!). So cute.
that's what i always tell my kids, cite your source. i loved that photo when i saw it earlier, but i think jason would feel too gay posing for me like that. he is a joy killer that way. love the journaling!
